Excellent service does still exist! I honestly don’t know what I am more impressed with, how amazing my vehicle looks or how well I was treated. I feel it has become a rare experience to go anywhere and receive quality service that EXCEEDS all of your expectations, but the service here absolutely did. From my first phone call requesting a detailed cleaning of my vehicle, to them squeezing me in the very next day despite already being booked for the week (because I was leaving for a trip), to the INCREDIBLE job they did on my vehicle, to the excellent customer service of each and every individual I interacted with over the coarse of 3 days, I was literally astounded. I felt like I had gone backwards in a time warp to the days when people took great pride in their business and the work they do and the people they hire, and they make you feel like they truly want and appreciate your business. These guys went above and beyond earning my trust, my long term business, and my highest recommendation. Thank you Jon’s Auto for reminding me that people and places like this are still out there if you are lucky enough to find them!

Terrific experience! Never heard of Jon's before but read the reviews from the many happy customers --and now we are two of them! Tim Lutey did an excellent job of educating my wife and me about everything we should consider --even stuff we hadn't thought of before -- without any pressure to buy. After we bought our car (which we like very much) we returned it for a small problem. Although this issue wasn't covered under the warranty, they fixed it at no charge. Co-owner Mike also spent about an hour with me setting up our in-car Wi-Fi system and teaching me to use the navigation system, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with the product and service we received at Jon's Auto Sales.

Reasonable and Honest... Just tried them for the first time for a repair on my 22 year old vehicle. They are reasonable and honest. If you need your vehicle repaired in Marquette then give these guys a try and you likely will Not be disappointed.

Excellent service, Tim was so very helpful. Great service had just what we were looking for. Everyone we meet their was friendly and ready to help. Picked up vehicle next day an they had it ready. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a new vehicle please stop there and check first. Prices were just right also.
